AI advisory

Understand the business first, then choose the AI.

Plenty of providers pick the product before they understand the company. Our order is reversed. We learn where sales and service are slipping, then install only what addresses it.

How we think

Choosing the AI is the easy part.

When AI projects disappoint, the technology is seldom to blame. The usual story is that a company bought a tool first and searched for a use afterwards. A chat window appears on the site, a phone assistant starts taking calls, and later no one can point to what improved.

Companies that get value from AI begin by asking how customers find them and where those customers get lost. Every business has concrete answers. It might be calls that ring out, quotes that never get a follow-up, an old customer list that sits idle or a sales stage where deals pile up.

With those answers in hand, the right system is usually clear and far simpler to deliver. That is why we always assess before we recommend or price anything.

What you will not get from us
  • —A single off-the-shelf product pushed onto every client
  • —Markups on software you could subscribe to yourself
  • —A slide deck of ideas with no one to put them in place
  • —Pressure to throw out systems that already work

One team handles the assessment, the plan, the installation and the support. Because we live with the result, we have every reason to give you an honest assessment.

Our process

Assess, plan, install, support.

01

Assess

We trace the path a customer takes through your company, from first contact to paid invoice, and note every point where people wait, drop off or get forgotten. The work is based on your real records rather than a survey, and it often turns up problems the team had stopped noticing.

02

Plan

You receive a written blueprint covering what will be automated, what stays with your staff, how the systems connect and the order of work. It is costed and scheduled up front, so you sign off on something concrete.

03

Install

We set everything up inside the software you already use, such as your CRM, scheduling tools and phone lines, instead of adding a parallel system. Work is released in stages, so early pieces are in use while later ones are still in progress.

04

Support

Over time, tools update, people leave and processes shift. Ongoing support keeps the system checked, adjusted and expanded, with plain reporting that links the work to sales and service outcomes you care about.

Common questions

Why not just hire an AI agency?

Many agencies arrive with a product already chosen, such as a chatbot or a phone assistant on a monthly plan. We begin by finding out what is holding your sales back. Sometimes that calls for an AI system. Sometimes a simple process change does the job, and we will say so plainly.

Will we need new software?

Rarely, and we prefer to avoid it. We work with the CRM, scheduling and phone setup you already have. Swapping out your whole toolset costs money, disrupts staff and seldom fixes the real issue.

How is pricing set?

We price the work once the assessment is done, since cost depends on what needs fixing and how far you want to go. Giving a figure before we understand your business would be a guess, so we do not do it.

When does the first piece go live?

We release work in stages so you are using parts of the system while others are being finished. The order is agreed during planning, and we usually start with the problem that is hurting the business most.

What if AI is not a good fit for us?

Then the assessment will tell you, before you spend anything on a build. If your enquiries are fine but delivery is the bottleneck, a phone assistant will not help, and adding one would only hide the actual problem.

Know the problem before you pay for a solution.

The assessment is useful on its own. Whether or not you go further with us, you will come away with a clear view of where customers are slipping away.
